Quality & Clean Ingredients-

As someone who understands the challenges of dietary restrictions, I'm committed to creating delicious baked goods that everyone can enjoy. By using premium, natural ingredients, I aim to create baked goods that are home made with lots of TLC and minimal processed ingredients as possible. You will find some recipes are also nut free, soy free, gum free and FODMAP friendly. There’s something for everyone here.

I can't tell you how happy it made my girls to be able to enjoy desserts that were both beautiful AND delicious. She even spent an afternoon teaching baking fundamentals with my children.

    I’m so glad I found Ember & Bloom! Their English muffins and sourdough loaf are not only delicious but also a much healthier option for feeding my kids breakfast. The muffins are perfectly fluffy, and the sourdough has amazing flavor with a great texture. My Story

Drawing inspiration from cherished childhood memories of baking with my grandparents, I’ve always found joy in the kitchen. My passion and experience for creating delicious homemade goods for others was further ignited by my time working at a local bakery. It wasn’t until a change in my health, led me to changing my diet to a gluten free, dairy free, and whole foods restrictions. Each baked good is a labor of love, crafted with the finest ingredients and a touch of nostalgia. I’m dedicated to making treats that everyone can enjoy, without compromising flavor or presentation.

Fulfilling a Need for Gluten Free & Vegan Options in Gig Harbor, WA

To My Community-

Let’s face it, our little picturesque harbor city has plenty to offer when it comes to delicious food. Sadly though, if you have dietary restrictions it can be difficult to find exactly what you are looking for while removing all dairy and gluten. I have ran into this conundrum myself. Which brings me to say, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you with something truly special to savor from the warmth of my lil ol kitchen.

I have handpicked foods that not only bring me joy making and nibbling on, but also baked goods that bring delight and warmth to my friends and family. Looking at you Chocolate Chip Cookies! You may even see in rotation some of your requests you made on Instagram before I launched. Donuts, muffins, bagels…you asked and I delivered - or will be to your doorstep!
