Behind the Scenes of Ember & Bloom

Hi! I’m Keisha! The face and owner of Ember & Bloom. I am so excited to share my completely GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN baked goods with everyone in the Kitsap County area!

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about my story. I'm a Kitsap County native, proud Baylor University Alumna (Sic’em Bears!), married to my wonderful husband, Mosope, and we have three lovely children. My love for baking began as a child, making countless desserts in the kitchen with my grand-aunt Dolly.

I've been fortunate enough to continue my love for baking in a semi-professional capacity for the last 10 years as part of my family's catering business. When I’m not baking I work as a Program Manager. While gluten-free vegan baking is new to me, I felt an immediate connection to the mission that started Ember & Bloom: provide the community with delicious baked goods that are ALWAYS gluten-free and vegan and include a range of options that are both comforting and innovative.

My passion for carrying on this work is fueled by a family member's struggle to find yummy treats that fit within their dietary restrictions. I believe everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions, deserves to enjoy the sweet pleasures of life. I hope to bring joy and satisfaction to everyone with every bite, by offering a variety of wholesome and delicious treats.
